Combat Teambuilding

Combat teambuilding is not a violent game. Neither does it involve any pain (or paint for that matter). It is often confused with paintball (the guns shoot out colored paint pellets instead of bullets). Well, combat teambuilding is played like paintball, but there are no projectiles.

Our guns shoot out harmless infra red beams (or light). This light is picked up by sensors mounted on harnesses that your colleagues wear (your colleagues in the opposing team, hopefully) and the speaker mounted on the gun will sound off and the LCD screen will show 1 LIFE less. In essence, it is like playing a computer role playing shooting game, but this time, it is REAL.

You will be doing the running, the crouching and the aiming and firing at the ‘enemy’. And yes, Of course there has to be shouting! How else do you get messages across to one another while the guns are firing and everyone is running around in an outdoor environment?

The bottom line is, combat teambuilding is not just about shooting one another, it is about strategy, coordination, teamwork, execution of a plan and motivation. We will also get to see how participants react when they are streched a little physically. The experience that the participants have will also keep them talking for months to come.

Combat teambuilding is a little costly, we must admit, but it is only when you try it for yourself that you will realise why we went through great pains to bring this exciting new sport into Singapore. The game itself brings out important teambuilding lessons, even when you play it just for fun!

Combat teambuilding is physical and it is not recommended for participants who cannot engage in physical sports, due to medical conditions, it is also not permitted for pregnant ladies.
