At Anergy, we are firm believers of prompt service. We will always try to reply all our enquiries within the same business day that we receive them. However, as there are enquiries coming in everyday and sometimes we do run back to back projects or concurrent projects at a few locations, we seek your kind understanding that we may not be able to respond to your enquiry as soon as we hope to.
We also travel with our clients to regional countries and we do have a few overseas clients. Despite all these, we will check and reply all incoming mails within 48 hours (latest, if your mail is not filtered into the spam folder by the server).
